3 Years - Parts, Labor, and Return to the Customer Shipping
Buffalo Electronics warrants its products to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of three years. This warranty includes parts, labor and return to the customer shipping.
A defective product will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
This warranty assumes normal usage and is void if the product defect or failure was caused by abuse or tampering by unauthorized service personnel.
Products must be returned in the original packaging materials with all the original component parts. Customers must prepay shipping charges to the service center.
A return material authorization (RMA) number, issued by BE technical support, must clearly be visible on the box near the shipping label before it will be accepted.
